Examples include mass cancellations, misleading advertising and unfair contract terms. TIWAG price increases in 2022 and 2023 were unlawful

The electricity price increases imposed by TIWAG (TIWAG-Tiroler Wasserkraft AG) in 2022 and 2023 are unlawful. This has now been confirmed by the courts in a final ruling. Many customers are therefore entitled to a refund. Please note: these claims are subject to a limitation period.

Mass terminations of Energie AG Oberösterreich

Energie AG Oberösterreich is reportedly terminating 20,000 customers' photovoltaic feed-in contracts.

The terminations could violate existing contractual agreements or statutory provisions.

Mass terminations of TIWAG and IKB

TIWAG (TIWAG-Tiroler Wasserkraft Wasserkraft AG) and IKB (Innsbrucker Kommunalbetriebe AG) have reportedly cancelled the old electricity supply contracts of hundreds of thousands of Tyrolean the end of March 2024.

We have already filed several legal lawsuits for affected electricity customers in court.
