Canadian Mineral Resources

Investor protection - recovery of invested funds

What happened?

Apparently, Canadian Mineral Resources Inc. is offering pre-IPO shares of its company for sale.

A certain Dr. Jonathan Rosenberg and a Dr. Schmigelski from Switzerland have so far appeared as share brokers.

Investors were enticed to buy with the promise that the company would go public at the end of 2019 and that the value of the pre-IPO shares would explode. The IPO has not yet happened.

It appears that investors were taken in by a scam.

What legal options do you have to take action against Canadian Mineral Resources?

If it is investor fraud, it will be difficult to recover the money paid in.

However, we were able to get Canadian Mineral Resources to pay back almost the entire investment amount in one case. Whether this will also be possible in other cases, we cannot say.

In any case, it is a fact that the public offering of pre-IPO shares requires a securities prospectus, which to our knowledge is not available, at least for the European region.

In addition, there is of course the possibility of making a claim against the intermediaries under the advisor's liability.
