What should be done now?
Efforts are currently underway on our part to shed light on the matter. Due to cost considerations, we recommend as a precautionary measure the immediate initiation of criminal proceedings by filing a criminal complaint with the police or the public prosecutor's office, as we cannot rule out the possibility of investor fraud.
In any case, it is a fact that the public offering of pre-IPO shares requires a securities prospectus, which to our knowledge is not available, at least for the European region.
In addition, there is of course the possibility of making a claim against the intermediaries under the advisor's liability.
